By accessing or using the services provided by ContentExperts.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ContentExperts.ai provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to:
We do not currently offer custom web applications, user account systems, client portals, native mobile apps, or custom e-commerce/SaaS platforms. We will always be upfront about what falls outside our current scope.
We offer the following subscription and service plans. By subscribing to any plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.
Domain name registration is available as a separate yearly purchase at $35/year. Monthly Plan subscribers who require a domain name must purchase it as a yearly package. Domain purchases are non-refundable once registered.
Extra pages, redesigns, advanced integrations, landing pages, paid ads services, SEO campaigns, blog writing, and similar work beyond standard plan inclusions may require a separate quote before work begins. You will always be informed of the cost before any additional work is started.
All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.
After payment, clients are directed to complete a brief intake form and then schedule their website build start window using our online scheduling calendar (currently hosted via Cal.com). We target initial website delivery within 24 hours of your scheduled start date and receipt of your completed brief and all necessary materials.
Actual timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, third-party integrations, custom features, client response time, content delivery, and payment status. Preferred timelines submitted through intake forms are requests, not guarantees. Delays may occur if required information, images, approvals, or access are not provided promptly.
Standard small updates are included in your active subscription plan at no additional charge. Included updates cover items such as text and copy changes, image swaps, business hours and contact info updates, logo or color updates, button and link updates, social media links, service info edits, small layout tweaks, typo fixes, and basic bug fixes.
Annual Plan members receive priority turnaround on all change requests. Change requests must be submitted through the designated channel on the website. We make reasonable efforts to implement approved changes promptly.
Larger requests — including but not limited to new pages, full redesigns, large galleries, new landing pages, major content rewrites, advanced third-party integrations, or new features — fall outside the scope of standard included updates. Such requests may require a separate custom quote before work begins. We reserve the right to assess additional charges for any request that significantly exceeds the scope of your current plan. You will always be informed of any additional cost before work starts.
Clients may report website bugs, technical errors, or content issues at any time using the Bug Report form available on the website. Reports are reviewed by our team after submission. Submitting a bug report does not guarantee an immediate fix or a specific resolution timeline.
Some issues may be caused by third-party platforms, browsers, devices, plugins, embedded tools, hosting infrastructure, or user-side settings outside our direct control. ContentExperts.ai will make good-faith efforts to investigate and address reported issues for active clients and supported websites. Bug reports should include the affected page URL, a description of the issue, device and browser information, and a screenshot when possible.
ContentExperts.ai offers paid advertising setup and management as optional add-on services, available for an additional fee separate from your subscription plan.
ContentExperts.ai does not guarantee specific ad results, leads, clicks, impressions, sales, rankings, or conversions. Ad performance depends on factors including but not limited to budget, competition, location, market demand, offer quality, website quality, and the policies and algorithms of third-party ad platforms. Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms may have their own review processes, approval timelines, policy requirements, and account restrictions that are outside our control.

All third-party tools are controlled by their respective companies. Their availability, pricing, features, policies, performance, and terms of service may change at any time. ContentExperts.ai is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fee changes, errors, limitations, or data handling practices caused by third-party platforms.
Some buttons and links on the website may redirect to third-party hosted checkout pages, booking calendars, form pages, or payment portals. Interactions with those platforms are subject to the third party's own terms of service and privacy policies.
Our website includes several forms through which clients and visitors may submit requests or information, including but not limited to the intake brief form, Growth Plan setup form, Pro Plan setup form, change request form, custom quote request form, custom website quote form, bug report form, and contact form. The following terms apply to all form submissions:
Hosting, SSL certificates, basic security, and standard maintenance are included in all active subscription plans. We provide a 99.9% uptime target for all hosted websites. While we make every effort to maintain continuous and reliable service, we are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party service outages, or infrastructure failures.
We perform automatic daily backups and retain backup data for up to 90 days after account cancellation. Standard maintenance covers hosting upkeep, security basics, SSL renewal, and the included updates described in Section 5. Maintenance does not include unlimited major redesigns, unlimited new pages, unlimited new integrations, or advanced custom development unless clearly specified in your selected plan.
Monthly Plan subscribers may cancel at any time. Your website will remain active through the end of your current billing period, after which it will go offline.
Yearly, Growth, and Pro Plan subscribers may cancel at the end of their current billing period. The Yearly Plan is a 12-month commitment. Refunds on the Yearly Plan are not available after the website build has been completed.
Subscription payments may renew monthly or yearly depending on your selected plan. Custom work may require upfront payment, a deposit, or full payment before work begins. Ad spend, domain registrations, third-party tool fees, premium plugins, and outside platform fees are separate from our subscription fees and are not refundable through ContentExperts.ai.
Refunds for other circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis. To cancel your subscription or request a refund review, contact us at orders@contentexperts.ai.
By using our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:
You retain full ownership of all content, images, copy, logos, and branding materials provided by you or created specifically for your website on your behalf. Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of your website content and assets. We retain backup files for up to 90 days following cancellation.
Clients must have permission to use any logos, images, text, videos, documents, or other materials they provide. ContentExperts.ai is not responsible for copyright claims, licensing disputes, or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.
Website templates, code structures, reusable design layouts, and development frameworks may remain available for reuse by ContentExperts.ai in other projects unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon completion of payment in full, except as otherwise specified.
ContentExperts.ai retains the right to use screenshots, descriptions, and links to completed websites in our portfolio, gallery, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
ContentExperts.ai uses AI-assisted tools to help create, edit, design, write, review, and improve website content and code. AI-assisted work is reviewed by our team before delivery where appropriate. Clients are responsible for reviewing all final content for accuracy, compliance with their specific business requirements, and suitability for their audience.
AI tools may help accelerate the development process but do not guarantee perfect, error-free, or universally suitable results. Any content, copy, or design element generated with AI assistance should be reviewed and approved by the client before the website goes live.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to host, submit, or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver accurate, functional, and uninterrupted service, ContentExperts.ai does not warrant that:
If you encounter a bug, technical issue, content error, or service interruption, your sole remedy is to notify ContentExperts.ai in writing via email or the Bug Report form and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve reported issues promptly. The existence of a bug or service interruption shall not, by itself, entitle you to a refund, chargeback, or legal claim, provided that we are given notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContentExperts.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid ContentExperts.ai in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
